EAT THE GUN Release New Video!

German hard rock band Eat The Gun has released a video for “Wake Me Up,” a song off their newest full length Stripped To The Bone. The video was filmed during the group’s tour with Mustasch in Sweden. Check out additional details about the video and single for “Wake Me Up” below!

Eat The Gun have released the second video “Wake Me Up” off of their current album “Stripped To The Bone”.

Filmed by Bernd Levay during their tour with Mustasch in Sweden the band offers their fans a powerful road movie, which captures the energy of their live performances in a perfect way.

For the “Wake Me Up” single, which was released digitally worldwide on March 21st, they also added an acoustic version of the song which was produced by Stephan “Gudze” Hinz (H-Blockx).

The current album “Stripped To The Bone” was released end of last year as a digipak version with fold-out poster, as LP in white vinyl and download.

Eat The Gun got together in 2002, have released the studio albums Cross Your Fingers (2006), Super Pursuit Mode Aggressive Thrash Distortion (2009) and RUNNER (2011) and made the top ten of the German DJ Metal/Rock Charts for eight weeks in 2009 and the Top 20 of the American college radio charts in 2011. The band has played more than 700 concerts to date, inspiring fans at the Taubertal Festival, the Big Day Out and the Wacken Open Air and appearing alongside acts such as Die Toten Hosen, HIM, Mustasch, Danko Jones, Duff McKagan and many more.

The current album “Stripped To The Bone” – recorded by Hendrik Wippermann (vocals, guitar), Gereon Homann (drums) and new addition Peter Bergmüller (bass) -got great reviews and interest from the media and some magazines said “Eat The Gun is the german answer to the Foo Fighters”. The album and the single are still high in the german club charts and also got great feedback in the UK and USA.
