With E3 now underway, Activision has released a 9 minute video showcasing the Induction campaign level from Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. It certainly looks pretty and seems to be a fairly substantial graphical upgrade for the series, but does look just as scripted as you might expect from the series. I do like the integration of jetpacks and the like though, which does seem to switch things up a bit.

I must admit that for me this series has always been about multiplayer and that’s what I’m still most interested in seeing, but I suspect there will be plenty of gamers out there who find this gameplay footage quite exciting. Advanced Warfare launches on November 4th.

While I was writing this post Activision also sent over another trailer for the game which features pre-order content. The Advanced Arsenal pre-order content gives players a custom exoskeleton suit and Bullet-Brass EM1 Quantum energy weapon for use in multiplayer.

We have a new Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare video from the “Induction” campaign level, which follows a group of U.S. Marines as they drop into the battle lines of Seoul, South Korea. Watch it here:

Power Changes Everything on November 4th, 2014.
