The Bled’s one of those bands I haven’t thought about in a bit, as they’re a group I used to listen to many years ago and ultimately lost track of. The metalcore band put out four albums before breaking up in 2011. Their debut album Pass The Flask was one of my hardcore/metalcore staples, and 2013 marks the 10th anniversary sine its original release. Staple Records will be releasing the album on vinyl for the first time ever, which will be limited to 500 copies and only available online through Hot Topic starting December 17th. Full details below.

(November 14, 2013) – On the 10 year anniversary of Arizona hard rock band The Bled’s debut full-length release, Pass The Flask, will be issued on vinyl for the first time ever by Staple Records and sold online exclusively through Hot Topic. The pressing will be on silver-colored vinyl and limited to just 500 copies.

The Bled – James Munoz, Jeremy Ray Talley, Ross Ott, Mike Pedicone and Mike Celi – released the original version of Pass The Flask in July 2003 on Fiddler Records. Vagrant Records re-issued the disc again in March 2007 with 11 additional tracks from their first two EP’s.

The Bled formed in 2001 in Tucson, Arizona and released four full-length albums and two EPs before officially disbanding in 2011.
