Honestly, I’m Doing Okay is the latest five song EP from the band, The Spill Canvas. Initially, from the song “All Over You” alone, The Spill Canvas could easily be put into the pop punk category, but this EP shows that this band can do it all.

“All Over You” is a song that seems to be the perfect anthem for angry teenagers who are going through hard breakups. It’s a very catchy song that can easily get stuck in your head. Although this is a good song, the acoustic version of it on the EP seems unnecessary. However, the acoustic version of the band’s song “Saved” is a heartfelt ballad that definitely has a place on Honestly, I’m Doing Okay. “Gold Dust Women” is an unexpected surprise, sounding as though the band drew inspiration from the 1970s for this song. Some full length albums don’t even give this much diversity.

Honestly, I’m Doing Okay may only have a little on it, but it gives listeners a lot of sound.
